    1916 Remembered in Dundalk

    February saw Taoiseach, Enda Kenny open Ireland’s first 1916 exhibition at the County Museum in Dundalk.

    Artefacts such as an original 1916 Proclamation as well as documents written by Patrick Pearse and Roger Casement and WB Yeats.

    The exhibition also includes weaponry used throughout the centuries and the prison correspondences of the captured Rebel leaders.
