Take a break from the Christmas rush and bring your little ones in for a cosy afternoon of creativity and fun. Our Family Double Bill includes a festive workshop with local artist Orla Barry, followed by a special family screening of Arthur Christmas.

During the workshop families get to put their own twist on a diorama (miniature model) of a Christmas wonderland. Using their imaginations and a mix of craft and recycled materials they will create their own individual festive world in a box. After the workshop, get ready for some festive snacks and a screening of ‘Arthur Christmas’. The film reveals the incredible, never-before seen answer to every child’s question: ‘So how does Santa deliver all those presents in one night?’ The answer: Santa’s exhilarating, ultra-high-tech operation hidden beneath the North Pole. But at the centre of the film is a story about a family in a state of comic dysfunction and an unlikely hero, Arthur, with an urgent mission that must be completed before Christmas morning dawns.
