8pm | Sunday 18th June
Errol Walsh is an award winning singer/songwriter from Northern Ireland.
Awards include BCMA album of the year 1997 with his band “Coyotes” (recorded in London at Dave Gilmour’s Astoria studio) and the “Spirit of Antrim” award for “Waltzin’ in the Water” (recorded in Nashville for the Round Tower label)
He has worked at various times in Canada, Australia, America, Europe and Scandinavia.
He is a noted session musician in Ireland having worked with Maura O Connell, Dolores Keane, Freddie White, The Henry Girls, Sean Keane, Andy White, Arty Mc Glynn, and many other notable Irish musicians… including a short stint with Van Morrison
Ted’s inimitable skills on dobro and guitar are the perfect foil for Errol’s lived-in voice and care-worn tales of life, love and luck.
Their new joint project… “Just sayin’…” is a fairly eclectic roots album covering a fluid and interesting collection of evocative and often introspective songs in which Errol explores many of the genres that have influenced him during his career.
Doors 8pm – Tickets €12
