Mick Hanly | St. Patrick’s Day Concert
Mick Hanly is one of Ireland’s finest singer/songwriters and is best known for his song Past the Point of Rescue made famous by Hal Ketchum in the USA and Mary Black in Ireland. Mick has been singing and writing since the 1970s, which included a time as lead singer with Moving Hearts. Born in Limerick, Hanly was inspired by 50s rock ‘n’ roll and 60s folk before turning to the Irish traditional music of his youth.
