The History and Architecture of Roden place and Upper Seatown Dundalk led by Archaeologist Mr Paul Gosling, who is an expert on the history and architecture of the town. Meeting at St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Roden Place, Co. Louth at 6:30pm sharp.
The walk will feature talks on the following sites:
- Patrick Cathedral
- Museum Building (distillery and tobacco warehouse)
- Presbyterian Church
- Methodist Church
- Birth Place of Leopold Mc Clintock (explorer)
- Conradh na Gaeilge. We would encourage those attending, to share their own stories and memories of the various sites visited during the evening.
